Finally found a replacement for my SOG.

It's a factory blem, so I got it for far less than msrp. So far, I haven't found any scratches or anything...so I'm not sure why it was a reject.

It is a bit monstorous though...it's even big next to my SOG.

Picked up a couple of other Kershaw blems too because I have rabid add to cart syndrome..

very nice! I was thinking of getting the CRKT M16, wish it wasn't a tanto blade. I've also owned some SOG spring-assisted knives very good knives. Why isn't there a knife thread?

Wow, gun threads, and now knife threads?! You guys are dangerous!

I don't have any knives. My wife has some sweet Rachael Ray knives though!

Actually in the Subie I have a small (and by small, I mean like 2") switchblade. Primarily for cutting small stuff, not for protection.

I use mine every day. Opening boxes, cutting leather ect. They aren't primarily for protection. That is what the gun is for

If you can find that Kershaw I posted, it is a great cheap knife with an assisted opening.

@Subiecraig:

That Gerber is a decent cheap knife, but that handle is pretty bad to hold onto. It will flex a bit if you are really using it. I would suggest anyone look at the CRKT M16 line. they are thin and not too long, so decent pocket fittment. The blade quality is great as well.

you can see them at Cabelas. (as with the Gerber, and the Kershaw).
