Firstly, car just took a sticker, but I have some clunks when driving on these lovely roads. I can't imagine it's something safety related or it wouldn't have passed. seems to be from the front,I know internet diagnosis is hard, so if someone wanted to rife along in oxford or auburn to hear it'd be appreciated

Swaybar endlinks, or bushings most likely. Could be the struts.....not likely though

Lovely lunar Maine roads = dead endlinks

Replace in spring, otherwise the new ones'll be clunkin in 6 weeks.

My car was making random clunking when I bought it. Found out it was a dead strut and both front endlinks. After they were replaced their was no more clunking.
My lug nuts require more torque then your honda makes!

Part of the issue was ice in the side skirts, which I've never had before. I'll have to crawl around under it next time its warm

Maine roads are hard on all bushings. It wouldn't be a bad idea for some general maint in the spring. Endlinks are only about $100 for poly front ones. and you can get some more bushings to tighten up the front end. It's a cheap and easy start and not a bad idea to do, because it probably needs to be done anyway.
