performance clutch

I currently have a stock 2000 forester but am building a motor and aimiming for 280 -350 HP and wanna know what clutch would be best for that HP range?? Any thoughts

It's all about picking up a setup that can hold ~15-25% more torque than you make.  Don't get too much clutch, or a lightened flywheel.  You will hate your life in either case.

Well the car is my dayly driver so I want it to be practical but I'm aiming more tword 350 HP so I need it to hold up

Torque is what matters when picking out a clutch setup, not hp.

It won't happen. As a rule, boost = money. Even if you get those numbers, there's a chance it won't last long. You need engine management as well.

A motor and preferably transmission from an STi or 2.5 wrx. That requires a wiring harness merge or full dash swap plus merge. Then possibly a bigger turbo and supporting mods. And then a good tune.

Yeah that would work as well. Basically the same thing besides gearing. You will need the rear differential for the swap as well.
