New England hill climb

So I've always wanted to do a hill climb so I think im going to pull the trigger and try and make one of these events. Anyone here done one? Anything I should do to set the car up a little better. Basic rules and regs?

Mt Washington hill climb is this weekend, google up Climb to the Clouds, check schedule and. Ome see what it's all about. Lots of spectator access to race teams in the paddock, see how the various cars are set up, talk the the guys who know this stuff.

Spectating up on the mtn is a bit more committing timewise, you'll need to be ready to be up there for several hours while road is closed for race runs.

Yea I have to work this weekend so I wouldn't be able to make it which sucks. I need to see this

If i had better suspension I would live to enter the wrx in a hill climb.
