Best Place to get window Tint

Hey I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good place to get windows tinted in southern Maine, and the ballpark figure of the cost ?

Like Portland area?? I'd say 250-300 bucks roughly and the choices are endless. At work we use sun stoppers

I got mine done at Scott's sun control in Bangor. Although the tint came out good he did end up cutting my defroster connections in the back window so it no longer works

I'm confused as to why tinting places are $300 up here for a normal car. I regret not getting it done back in Ny, my last car was tinted for $99 with lifetime warranty

The demand is low in Maine. 90% of the places that do tint have other parts to their business as well. When I got quotes I was given a number then set an appointment, I was told it would take 4 hours, my quote was the shop rate multiplied by 4.

My biggest piece of advice is to go to a shop that uses a machine to precut the tint. No blades put to the window and the lines are smooth.
