I've got a grinding scraping noise coming from my n/s wheel, had brakes done carnt see any marks if it's been scraping but the noise is.getting worse doing it all time anyone any.suggestions what it could be I'm no mechanic but need to know wen I take it garage

Front or rear? If it's the rear it could be the ebrake setup. You could also have a caliper that is frozen.

I'm guessing it was pads and rotors. If you were sold ceramic pads tell the shop to put non-ceramic pads on. 90% of drivers have no use for ceramic. They require a good amount of heat to work right, good for racing on a track or when hauling a heavy load.

What's an n/s wheel?

If the brakes were just done it's probably a backing plate rubbing on the rotor. Just pull the wheel off and bend it out of the way.

Either that or the metal clip things the pads slide in is too far to one side and is hitting the rotor.
