transmission fluid for 06 lgt

What're some good transmission fluid that people are running? I plan on doing one but there are mixed feelings on which is good.

At or mt? There was a cocktail for the mt on Nabisco or something. Quart of one, quart of another etc. I used Subaru extra s with half a quart of Lucas oil stabilizer in mine and I never had excess metal on the magnet and shifts were smooth. On Lucas full synthetic gear oil it was almost to slippery and I'd grind gears shifting fast after it was hot.

As far as automatic tranny fluid, don't flush with a machine, do a couple drain and refills. Make sure whatever fluid you buy meets the spec listed in the manual and change the filter before final refill
