Southern Maine Car Meets have come up with a pretty sweet idea for an event so we reached out and asked if we could create an event for Mainely Subaru members to be able to receive invitations as well!
Wednesday June 22nd at 6:45 PM, a mass gathering of folks from the local car scene will be converging on the Saco Drive-in so we can watch the ORIGINAL Fast and the Furious on the BIG SCREEN!
This night is the 15th anniversary of the release of the film and there is no better way to celebrate than hanging out with a bunch of cool people and sweet rides at a private screening of one of the most influential car scene movies to date.
Tickets are $15 PER CAR and there are over 400 parking spaces. SMCM already has well over 100 people marked as attending. Shaping up to be a killer night! The snack shack will be open for refreshments too!
If you are already a member of SMCM's Facebook page then chances are you already have an invite to this event, this one was created for people that would like to go but aren't part of SMCM. (The event page for them is private so we can't extend invites to folks in our club from it).
Please RSVP soon so we can get a close to accurate count to give to SMCM before the event! If we want to cruise down together we can but since we are so spread out I assume we will just meet at the drive-in. Doors open at 645, movie should start around 830.
