Up for sale is a 1997' Impreza Brighton, the following maintenance and upgrades have recently been performed:

Oil change
Inline fuel filter
K&N drop-in air filter
Legacy GT front brake calipers, Centric rotors, Stop-Tech pads, Stainless Steel lines, and 'JDM' single stage brake booster
15" Forester steel wheels with Snowtrakker studded snows
2.5 RS 'Checkerboard' seats front/rear
Sideskirts, spats, Rally-Armor mud flaps
Shortest throw short shifter and Rally Tech shift knob
Pioneer bigger side speakers
Trunk area has been gutted

Brighton's were supposedly the lightest of the Impreza line, so in true Subaru fashion this car has no AC, no ABS, no tach, crank windows, a tape player, and it originally only came with a left hand mirror! I've installed newer side mirrors, and a bigger rear view mirror to aid with visibility. The car is a lot of fun, and quick if you learn how to shift it correctly (with no tach!) Also, these cars are becoming more rare each year.

Known Issues:

-Typical panel rust has been patched (this never bothered me, as the frame is structurally sound.)
-CEL for a pinhole midpipe exhaust leak
-Radiator has developed a leak at the top (drives fine, radiator should be replaced in the future.)

Asking $1800 or best offer.

The car is registered and insured, and test drives are available. Inspection is good til' January 2018, this would make for a killer winter beater, daily driver or 2.5 RS project! Features the unbeatable EJ1.8 in all of it's 100hp glory.
