Seriously close to 8 hrs installing my up pipe today.

The big problems where lack of tools and breaking the tools I had.

2 trips to the hardware store.

Plus the normal rust and broken pop-its.

The the finale I get everything back together start er up and BRaaaapp Brapppp big leaks.

I check all the gaskets and tigthen everything twice. Start it up the same.

Finally I have the exhaust manifold off again, and I feel a hole where I forgot put the 02 sensor back in.

D'oh!

every project has its up and downs... even us *cough* pros run into trouble.... sounds like mission complete and that's what counts.

I've learned that some days are better not to even touch anything mechanical. There are other days where you're already knee-deep in it and you have to finish it even if you're all thumbs.

Way to get it done! :)

Cheers! John
