what the hell takes that?

and what is the possibility of getting something like that to fit on the miata (4x100)

I have heard that there are some places that will redrill hubs to fit. I want these wheels on teh miotter... point me in the direction I need...

Fiat uses the 4x98mm bolt pattern. Many Fiat owners had been bitching about how hard it was to find wheels for their car, so there were a few write-ups done about how to convert the hubs to 4x100 so more wheels were available. Here's one of them:

While it is Fiat specific, perhaps you could work it in reverse?
