Pam on wheels to keep snow from sticking?

I'm going to douche the car later today, and I want to know what success (if any) people have had with spraying Pam on their wheels to keep the snow off.

1) is it truly a solution?

2) spray and walk away, or wipe off?

3) will it do damage to my factory wheels?

Probably just a myth, but I thought I'd ask anyway. "Ounce of prevention" and all that...

I have used it on the fender liners to keep the snow from packing in. I don't know that it will keep the snow from sticking to the wheels.

your best option is to clean then and wax them for the winter... or you could grab some winter wheels and not worry about it.

There is only one way to keep this from happening. Keep it straight. >
