Ive been trying to find a set of coilovers for a little bit now.  Coming across ISC's.  Ive been doing some research on them and their website says that they can go somewhat low.  Well, I like low cars so I want no wheel gap (atleast)  anyone know if these are decent?

Friday or Saturday Night, my wife took my car to work.  White or Silver Forester, black wheels followed her from 95 into Skowhegan, saying that every time she passed someone you were right there with her. 

Apparently the wiper arm that comes off the motor is snapped. I've been looking for a whole assembly but no luck. Anyone have a place I could try?
