So yes, I need a 1.8 short block for a project I am trying to put together. I know it'll be difficult to find one with really low miles on it but I would prefer around 150k or less if possible on it. I don't care if there are junk heads or whatever still on it or not. As long as it hasn't over heated in its life time and the rings are still good, I will take it. The cheaper it is, the better. PM me right here and I will get right back to you!

I have a friend with a complete motor, it's in a junk car and runs if the fuel pump is fixed. It was used daily until about 6 months ago. He said its got under 150k and was owned by an old couple (auto) before he got it and well maintained. ready to be dropped into another car. He said its got fairly recent timing components and water pump, and head work at 110k?
