So, I need clutch fluid, tranny fluid, rear diff fluid, and the rest will wait for now. What brands and weights are liked/disliked? Looking into Royal Purple, because i can get it locally. Any thoughts??

Motul.

Get a couple quarts and you can use it for those applications.

I've got Motul in mine and it didn't help the output shaft noise.

What do you use for clutch fluid? Will DOT4 brake fluid work? Maybe some ATE SuperBlue?

well how 'bout them apples... i need to do some clutch maintenance. it's a little squishy.
