Major Problem: 4 gear syncro

Mods:

M2 turboback exhaust

Cold air intake (idk what brand)

Car still runs great its just the 4th gear grind in high rpms. I don't know what to do. Soon to be college kid can't afford a new tranny. Cant afford anything over 300 bucks. I really dont want to sell my car but i don't know what to do.

so dood...just go easy on the 4-5 and 5-4 shifts. those wrx trannies are WAY more durable than ppl like to think.

hahaha. I'm changing the tranny fluid today hopefully with greasemonkey. hes a damn good mechanic. it only grinds when i shift it some what fast in high rpms. when i shift it slow there is still a small almost not noticeable bite.
