So I have a carbon fiber 2002-03 wrx hood that comes with the WRB hood scoop. Unfortunately the person that owed the car before me painted over the carbon fiber however the finish on the carbon fiber was not damaged. All you need to do is sand off the paint with some light sand paper and redo the clear coat and you'll have a nice looking carbon fiber hood.
