OBXT Center Armrest Cover

My wife and I got a new dog, and before we started keeping him in the back of my OBP 2005 OBXT, he managed to put claw marks and holes in the center armrest cover. Anyone know where can I get a replacement for this? Thanks.

Seems like something that would be a stealership only part. My pups did the same thing in my old legacy
