sputtering/ Hesitation

I have bad sputtering/hesitation During acceleration almost exactly like a misfire. Figured it was my coil pack but i just replaced that with no change. Any ideas?

Should have started with new plugs.

Coil packs don't go very often, I'd definitely start with plugs and wires.

Does it have a CEL?
I'd start by checking for codes, it may be an injector code or whatever. It will lead you to the problem. But yes, start with plugs and wires.

B1S1 O2 sensor. Cars run like complete crap when they fail and seem to take some time to trigger the check engine light.

Cel is intermittent.

Ill check over these things.
