Here's the problem...

among other things, Nigel NEEDs a 1965 Mini Cooper to play in the dirt

NEEDs a 1970 BMW 3.0 CSL "Batmobile" for track days

NEEDs a 1954 Jag XK 120 droptop for the 5 warm sunny days that pass for the Maine 'summer"

and...REALLY REALLY NEEDs a lovingly rebuilt JDM v4 STI motor and 4.44 DCCD setup for the rally car

and he needs all this NOW!!!

Fine line-up of cars you dont have there Dave.

I looked at a cheap Porsche 914 at Lem's House of Dub. Yup, theres a reason why it was so cheap.

I'll see if its worthy of my blood sweat and tears. These are so hard to come by, and a decent one is almost impossible.

those sound like this: biiiizzzn, biiiiiiiiiiiiizzzzzn, biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiizzzzznn.

I'd love to have one to keep in my trunk in case I break down. I love those.

Nigel, Mad House Minis is right in Massachusetts. You should pay them a visit.
Is it down toward the Cape? I remember driving by a shop last summer that had a few old skoolers out front.

I know of a guy back in Pittsburgh that buys and restores the original Mini Coopers. He sells 'em off when he's done restoring... I've seen his work... NICE.
