Crap, forgot that part - 2004 Outback!

Stereo only plays the speakers on the left side, sometimes the front, sometimes back. I suspect (hope) a loose wire is at fault. How do I pull the stereo out?

My wife had an '05 Outback and we got stacker type kayak racks directly from Subaru. We still have them and I plan to use them on my recycled '04 Outback this summer. Yakima also makes adapters so you can replace your stock crossbars with their round bars. Then you have a choice of many kinds...

Greetings All. Been WS (without Subaru) for quite some time since my wife traded her Outback XT for a bigger family car. Picked up a lightly used '04 Outback today and am looking forward to playing with it. Very happy to have this forum as a resource!
