I have a 1992 legacy it idles fine but falls flat when you step on the gas no power at all. also the mileage has went from 30+ to 12 to 15mph any ideals on what might be wrong? any help would be great. thanks

i was wondering what the button on the shifter lever was on my 92 legecy was when you push it a light comes on that says manule but nothing changes... does it suppose to do anything?

ok guys thanks for your input. it was a problem with the timing after all i made a rookie mistake.i was timing off the mark on the chrank gear as you all know this is wrong. i guess to many years working on american cars. i will know better next time.

i have checked the timing several times. we lined up the lines on the belt with the marks on the gears. everything seems to be right

i hope someone can help me. i have a 1992 subaru legacy with a 2.2 liter the timing belt failed. i replaced the belt but now the car wont start. it will hit a little if i hold the the gas pedal to he floor but it floods real easy. any help you can give i would be very grateful. thank you...
