The idle may be the notorious Idle Air Control valve. It's a $270'ish part from Subaru. They fail frequently and will cause all kinds of idle issues. A tune will help clean up the wide open throttle stuff and the fluctuating boost you're seeing. Before buying anything though, I highly suggest...

From the few N/A's I've street tuned, there's not a whole lot to be gained. I have no dyno proof of that, but the butt dyno and airboy says there's about 5whp in tuning.

We are in Kingston NH. It's exit7 off Route 101. About 25 minutes from New England Dragway. It's gonna be a FUN event . We will have a few non-Subaru surprise cars there for you guys as well
