Venue changed it will be on the new meadows river in bath about five minutes from my house. I couldn't find anyone to tow the car so I will just be spectating if anybody wants to tow the car and take turns racing it or just come check it out eight91-1916
I assume Subaru has an evap purge valve .You could also pull vacuum on the valve with a hand pump like a mightyvac and see if it holds vacuum. If it doesn't there is a torn diaphragm in the valve .
So you like american muscle as well huh? This is me and josh doing a pep boys speed shop grand opening in pennsylvania . this was a super rare lt6 c4 vette that sounded delicious. This was our biggest dyno show by far
Yea it was easy to get into stop light battles when that was open. We used to run to the basin in phippsburg late at night as well. Foolish but some of those roads leading to the basin were ridiculous fun.
I figured it out. The vlsd unit is on between the ring gear and the pumpkin which is different than the types ive seen so my axles should work. Another way to tell is if the shaft that connects the spider gears is flat its an LSD if its round its not.
Sucks I just can't pin point exactly what its from. I have had vlsd diff's apart but not a clutch type of torsen. I just dont get how this works and having no spare axle I can't really check the breakaway torque if it is an LSD.
An unknown source. What's the deal with one side of the input longer with two sets of splines?
My friend got it for cheapo from a guy who wasn't sure if it was a forester or something else.

I counted the ring gear and pinion and it is a 4.11 what makes me think its a JDM mechanical lsd is one of the sides where the axle goes in is deeper and has two wider sets of splines
