Ha!!!! I have you beat. I'm almost up to 3K. So a couple questions for you guys with the higher mileage WRX's. Have they lost much power? What kind of repairs have you had to make?

Welcome. From what I've read the airbox in your car flows VERY well from the factory. Supposedly there's no need for a typhoon kit, just drop in a K&N filter...you'll notice a difference with just that (and you'll save a chunk of $$). Then reflash the computer with an xpt stage 1 map...

I can second that. Definitely worth the $$$$ even if it didn't make it faster...but it does.

Is it just me or does that smooth things out nicely on the 3G? I'm usually pretty hesitant to say "Holy Sh!t!!! I put in a new this that or the other thing and now my car makes a lot more power". With that said I can't believe how much smoother the acceleration is. Anyone else notice that?
