One tip I was given by a Subaru mechanic is to use some lube on the head bolts you are re-using. Some say engine oil,he said light bearing grease. This is supposed to help them torque truer than if dry. Lightly grease the threads and both sides of the washer. This prolly isn't a bad practice...
