Well, it is Dogfish. Their brews tend to be a bit higher abv than normal.

World Wide Stout has a bit of a kick. Had to go look up the abv to find out why. 15-20%. If nobody has noticed by now, I've got a thing for Dogfish Head brews.

That is exactly the point. Why bother carrying something that is listed as a weapon, if you can carry something else that serves the same purpose, but won't get you an extra special "massage" from TSA at the airport?
