I can hold them for a while. Where I traded my car I mentioned I had snow tires, but nothing in writing says I owe them to them. Now the sales man is hounding me for them. But I know they are auctioning the car, so I think he is just going to private sale them.

That is a great way to get your account disabled. I am all for jailbreaking, but once you start tethering with a jailbroken app, it throws up crazy red flags at the providers.

As expected charges have been upgraded to manslaughter, knowing the assailant is being held responsible for this hopefully can offer some level of relief to Eric's family and friends. I know it makes me feel better, albeit slightly, about this horrible situation.
