No. Think autocross on ice. No wheel to wheel racing, just one car on course at a time, just like AX, left AND right hand turns. There are other clubs out there in this area that do oval races, but I am not familiar with them.
It appears that they allow just about anything. Up to and including tires with snowmobile ice spikes.
