I throw away 1-2 turbo engines every month due to broken piston rings, scored cylinder, oil starvation from oil feed tubes being clogged, blown turbos.  Its very expensive.

Yes its your oil pressure switch for the vvt.  Very common on the 06 and 07s.  DO NOT torque the new ones down hard, you will split your heads.  Just snug them up.  I recommend doing both switches (one on each head) at the same time.  Occasionally they just outright fail and you wont be able to...

I did not have good finish on my Para either.  Chipped "paint" or whatever it was was coming off the frame, front strap area.  Function was flawless.  Muddy, consider the Springfield Range officer or the Remington R1 Enhanced.  Nate and I have has good luck with our R1s and I hear good things...

Any recommendations on grip tape? Any recommendations on a holster for a 1911?  Something that's under 80 bucks.  The blackhawk serpa is a bit too tight.

The grip is just too big for me.  Especially left handed.  Constantly re-adjusting my grip.
