    Not making peak boost

It sounds like you are like me and you are thinking that you want the most bang for your buck, and if you are going to get a map, you want to get the most out of it. I don't have your car, but I did invest in the cobb AP so that I could mod it safely without going to a tuner. Cobb worked fine...

    Not making peak boost

Yes, In my case.I was merely trying to say that I did not have the know-how to do it myself and I found that seeking help (via Meyagi in that case) was my way to deal successfully with the issue. The OP has to figure out what works best/easiest for him. I was just trying to share my experience...

HWG/LWG means High Waste Gate and Low Waste Gate. Esentially different maps that Cobb has put out for cars that either do not reach target boost (HWG) or are over target boost (LWG). It should be downloadable in the Cobb website Have you posted any log for Cobb to review? There is a tutorial...

And you did that in 6 hours? Man you are quick. It took me 8 hours for a the usual decon/wash/polish/wax cycle on fellow member's subaru. And that is less body panels than the truck! Geeez!   I'll share my experience with HD adapt though, on subaru's soft paint: wonderful product. Medium cut...

Valuguard ABC system: anyone interested in purchasing some with me?

WHen you find a good hairdresser... well, you stick with it! you mean claying? Hahaha... yes but ABC's offer more decon power than just surface contaminants that a clay would pick up and you aren't using any mechanical force, therefore reducing significantly the likelihood of scratching your...

Valuguard ABC system: anyone interested in purchasing some with me?

True... however, in this particular case, the other person who is interested lives close by and so giving him his hsare of the product is fairly simple. And if there was a third interested party, say like you Pottle, then it'd just be a question of finding a time/day to meet up. It so happens I...

FT '08 STi tinted tail lights for non-tinted

Yeah, I'd agree that dry/wet sanding using 800 - 3000 grit paper ought to take care of the coat. Buff it with some compound like PlastiX or any other similar product, apply a final protective layer or sealant and it'll be better than new good luck!

Thinking of starting a detailing business

good luck! I started a mobile detailing 'biz' on the side last year. I've found that Maine isn't that conducive to make it a profitable enterprise, but I still enjoy the work even if profit margin is minimal. It's more for the passion and fun than making money at this time.  It's always fun to...
