Nice post Shorty, couldn't of said it better myself. I actually have an ebay cat back, couldn't beat the $200 price point. Some rattle that with a little extra work could of been fixed but I dont care too much. I really think it sounds great, its not too loud til you eliminate the cats...

I have used the stuff before, it works, but with A LOT of work, especially to get is perfectly clean.

The metalmasters may be a good pad for you, especially if you are just spirited daily driving. I actually had those on my Lancer I used to autocross. Nice brakes, good initial bite but they couldn't handle the temps that the pads I've used the last couple of years (Hawk HP + on the WRX...

Even though it was really hot.. I made it through the day alright. It was a great time. The new suspension which I finished putting in at 1am sunday morning seemed to work well :thumbsup:

You dont know when the next rally experience is scheduled.. there are 3 of us that are planning coming out this summer.

The first part of this is not true: With the open source tuning that runs off the stock mapping, it bases the fuel off the load. So, if the the car is seeing more load, more quickly, than it just finds the fueling and timing that is set for that, not the fueling that was set for that 'rpm'...

I dont think anyone said that it wasn't quality stuff :dontknow: Its some of the best stuff you can get .. but it can still mess with the MAF readings.... Learning view would give a good look at what is going on probably. Or at least rule some things out.

that's actually one of the things I was going to ask. On the learning view if the car is add lots of fuel to its closed loop driving it means the MAF is larger.. with will cause the lean condition. Additionally, in normal closed loop the car will only change the fueling +/- 15%.. if it...
