Pat does have a point.. want to go stealth, don't get into boost very far. Probably similar to a cut-out, and can be a more affordable option for most. I just dont think you could get an inspection sticker that way.

I'm assuming that is on the stock O2 also, which is not accurate away from 14.7... so you would really need a wideband to determine if its lean, but if its a stock tune, then chances are its very rich...

I'm guessing this if for your Honda? Are you running an external Wastegate? I have seen for the WRX an external wastegate setup and it said it came with a clamp to keep the td04 wastegate shut, so without more details and trying figure our what you mean, I guess there answer is yes, somewhere...

There is no max db rule as far as I know. i tried to propose one, but of course nothing was done with it. Yeah, a high flow cat would be in STX... but still fun.

Sounds like we need to run some data logging with the MAF tool and see if it wants to change your MAF settings. If the pipe around where your MAF is a larger diameter then that will give you a lean setup. We can turn off the CEL, but I'd rather try to fix it if possible.
