I'm planning to be there... Dont be afraid to ask for ride alongs, the Subaru (especially the WRX) can be very challanging. Ride alongs can often help because you may see things, or line, or whatever, that you are not doing that may be helpful to make you faster....

Well.. once everything is heatsoaked.. it takes a little while to cool down, (a long while if you are not cruising down the road and your car is off) and its really hard because we just sit there for a god aweful amount of time just idling, it really doesn't do much for your car...

My thoughts are, You don't actually gain from them, you may get less loss in a hot engine situation. Also, heat is the enemy and hotter air is less power and more likely to get detination. This is going to be a bigger deal in a turbo car anyways. I don't really know that there would be any...
