He is right. I have a USDM Genome direct bolt on. Sounds great but my son has a Prodrive on his 02 Legacy and is mucho better. $250 would be a fair price for that. I sold mine last year for $255 in great shape. don't ask why i sold because I don't even know. ha ha

Sounds like the FA 2.0 is a good platform. We had to believe Subaru was building a motor for both NA and Turbo applications as the EJ 2.5 has not been a reliable as the NA 2.2 and 2.0 Turbo. IMO

Nigel, Team O'Neil is the best way to teach snow skills. I believe that is you with the cone on your head when my son Tyler had the Longest recovered slide through the cones that day. He did not even have a drivers license yet. Best time to teach winter driving skills IMO

Guys it can all be fun in the snow. I love playing in an empty lot after work in fresh snow. My point was some of the playing around is also learning your cars handling in the snow. I was just ribbing Tyler a little. He is a very skilled driver. But even the best slide wide sometimes.

If it works $50 is a great deal. It will fit in into any subaru with the double din opening. Like the base Impreza's. with the single disc and the storage pocket. takes about 15 minutes to swap. It is a nice clean looking upgrade.
