got it done , ended up just drilling the bolt out. one thing I found that helps get the bj out of the knuckle is when you spread the pinch , rip the boot of the old bj and clamp on a pair of vice grips and twist the bj to break the rust , then just bolt it back up to the control arm and hit it...

yea , I pulled the wheel off and everything was like it was suppose to be , so ive started on the other side. soaked with pb , heated with torch , stripped the pinch bolt. tommorro morning is gunna be fun gunna try and hammer on a socket and if not drill it out like the other side. never done...

just did some searching , found if you tighten the axle nut to much ( I used an impact so probly ) it could cause pulling. but it pulls to the right , not the left , wich is the side I replaced everything. hmmmm I know he needs an alignment afterwards. but he didnt even dare to drive it 2 miles...

well you remember that last little bit of the ride that was real rough. that was about the same as the trail I was on.

I was just about to send you a message asking if you wanted to hit up some trails lol. the trail I was on was PEANUTS compared to the dirt drive. this thing had to have been rusted out to break.

naw I didnt hit anything particularly (cant spell) hard. im just glad it didnt happen while doing 60 down the road. now im gunna go over the entire friggen thing before I drive it again. I dont need anything else breaking lik that. maybe its time to de-lower it. lol

yup ! I know. only its 4th time out in the woods. drove about a mile in , mile out , rocky muddy trail. not nearly rough enough to break anything. but add some hidden rust and viola 25 year old rusty metal breaks. hopefully I can find a replacment.
