In the state of Maine you are required to declare if you are carrying.  It will typically get you some leniency depending on what you were stopped for.  having a carry permit is a fairly good indicator that you are on the more upstanding side of citizenry.

are you sure it isn't the turbo this time? have you done a leak down test or compression?  There was a 2.5 block on here a while back for sale.  I would do that to minimize downtime if $$ allows.
