If your other brakes are cool, it could also mean that they are not working (IE:those are frozen open) which will cause that single one to be over worked and over heat, causing a warped rotor... So check all of them, get the warped rotor turned, then you'll be back in business. we can internet...

Cast CAN be welded but you have to heat it, weld it, heat it. It's really a huge pain in butt. It's fine as long as you do that. It's probably going to be easier to go buy some tubing and then mig it together in the same shape to get the UEL Headers for the rumble. It will probably cost you less...
