Got 500+ .223/5.56 brass depending on how much more I shoot today. Any interest in .45?

I can only imagine, this is my 1/4" steel spinning target with some holes left by some 55 grain PMC .223 its got a couple more now from a further distance with the XM193 I tried out the other day. The 55g will almost punch through 1/2" steel, so I imagine the 62g will go all the way through with...

Does one tend to shoot or perform better than the other? I've only shot the 55 grain really, which is also NATO spec I believe.

55 grain, the XM855 is the 62 grain, which tends to be slightly more expensive.

Got a box in the mail today, snapped a crappy pic but you can probably tell what was in it. The next package in the mail will be 1K rounds of XM193

Anyone had the chance to shoot a glock 30 or 36? Looking for a smaller .45 for CC, my 21 is just a little too big for summer. My concern is if .45 in a smaller frame gun might be too hard to control and get more than 1 shot off.

I've got my eye on an Aimpoint M2 for $450, sound like a decent price? All the optics for these damn things are expensive. Also got a 10" Midwest Industries freefloat and low profile gas block on it's way, followed by magpul flip up sights. And as soon as I figure out what I want to do for ammo...

Question for the AR guys: If I remove the front iron sight/gas block will I need to sight it back in or do the pins force it back into the same place? Looking to put a free float handguard on at some point so I've been researching how to take everything apart. I know if I go freefloat I will...

Thanks Mighty, the only email address I have found bounces back. Shot the AR, louder than I expected but handles well. Got some zeroing in to do, it's time to get some sights/optics. Shot the 12 guage, shoulders well and kicks like a 12 with 3" magnum buckshot. Didn't feel it in the shoulder...

Got a wave from a WRB sti sedan, another wave from maybe a silver WRX, both driving between Gray and Gorham. And could have been a wave from a silver wrx wagon, tint was too dark to tell but exhaust soundedgood. That one was pulling out of the Gray park and ride.

I've got about 400 rounds of .223, I wonder what I'm going to be doing tomorrow?
