    The use of the newer doorcards/window switches probably explains the lack of functionality in the 3 windows.  I have a 97 L wagon and installed the newer RS sedan door cards on all 4 doors.  I had to repin all the switches to get them to work properly.  The diagrams are available thru RS25.com...
