There are tricks that tire shops don't know about mounting gravel tires. But alas their "insurance" doesn't allow people skilled in mounting these tires in their shops...

Thanks! Just set them someplace safe, next time I'm in southern maine or where ever you might be, I can grab them. These will be sent out to be gussied up, and then into the rally car. :-)
I have a full set KYB gr2s I took off my 95 fwd. loaded with springs already. $150 for the whole setup, save the rears for a rainy day or what ever, lol!
Follow up interview says that it's only the shell that's pooched, the driveline and most of the bits are good. But still a WRC prepared Mitsubishi evo shell is still worth more than most anyone would care to afford.
