The H7 bulbs are normally used on the legacy projectors and 06-07 imprezas, not found in the 08 + Impreza projectors. Flipswitch posted the guide I commonly use, and it's been accurate for me. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk

I have also heard of the tranny popping on a couple. Odd thing is now with the new FB engine comes new engine mounts. If you pull the tranny, the engine kinda falls over in the bay. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk

Haven't had issues yet on my XV. I have 4k miles on it, did my first oil change at 3000 miles. I'll keep another eye on the oil consumption, but so far so good. On another note, my friend had a 2013 Impreza 2.0i and his oil light came on frequently.

 I like your thinking. I'm thinking dropping the wheel size down to 16" and going with 225/70 tires. These are the same tires on 15" wheels, but you get the idea:

Did you OEM headlights come with the facotry HIDs in the low beams, or were they halogen?
