Sell it get a browning buckmark .22 use good ammo. and never look back.... if you are just shooting for fun go .22 or 9mm. everything else is $$$$ ( unless you reload) If I did not use my fire arms for hunting I would have .22,9mm,.223,7.62,12 ga. maybe 30-06 for long range.

Lightly and power tools can be a bad combo. try a very fine 1000 grit abrasive. if you use the dremel. so it take very little off at a time. I a guessing polishing the parts will do the trick. then try a bit of teflon dry lube on the spot. and wipe off the excess. I am guesssing part of it...

I 2nd that.... or check out nokian wrg2 for a ALL CONDITION tire. different than all season. A bit more snow/ ice capable. Summer tire+AWD+ snow= poor traction. Awd does not help you slow down or stop.
