It's fairly loud, but it depends on where your at. If I go under a bridge or if I'm next to a guardrail, the sound echoes and seems louder than if I'm just cruizin' some back road.

I'm guessing you just went from a bone stock, sewing machine exhaust to completely catless... That "fluttering" you're hearing is called wastegate flutter and it's normal to hear on a catless turbo suby. Just my guess.

I bought these back around April and just never got around to using them. First is a pair of Xtreme White Plus headlamp bulbs. Size is H1. Second is a pair of Plasma Ion Yellow bulbs in H3 size for fogs. These should fit 04/05 Impreza's and possibly other years. I paid right around $100...

Are you talking about the part that "beeps" twice before it chirps the horn? You can turn that on and off with the remote. Mine had instructions right on the back of the key fob...
