Did you completely submerge the sensor in the cleaner and let it sit for awhile? Could be the MAF is getting clean enough, but not entirely clean. What's the CEL?

Also it is a great idea to bring a plastic bin to store your crap in to both keep it dry and make transferring it in/out of the car easier.

+1 Sounds like they tuned it for 3rd gear and never bothered to make sure that everything was okay in the higher gears.

You can just switch over to the pre 05 axles, but it would be nice if a they had a version that "just worked".
