You can blame Matt for this.  He tricked me into test driving a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and now I have to have one. I'll be posting prices when I have stuff off the car and have photos. I would hate to break something as I'm taking it off and get someone's hopes up.

Definately get it tuned once you get the intake installed. My car with just the OTS Cobb software and the Process West is fine though. When I put my AEM inake on and tried to use the Cobb OTS AEM+Stage 2 91 octane map I got crazy boost spikes (20+ psi) so I had to put the stock airbox back on.
