It might be that BOV, especially if its venting 100% atmospheric. That happens to GeeTees car all the time due to the atmospheric vent BOV. I would just take it off, put the stocker back on and see if it corrects the problem. It shouldnt cost you anything but a little time to do so :-) cheers...
