I've already checked fuses just not relays, I don't have front inner fenders and my car is lowered and there's an opening under the front driver side wheel well where I think it may be shorting out

My 04 wrx is having a little electrical issues. My power windows, locks, and sun roof will not work and the lighting behind my guages and on my dash for the hear controls will not light up. Thinking it's a short or bad relay? Any tips?

I have black on black/silver interior out of my 02 bugeye. Both from seats and rear. Front drivers seat has a small tear, plan on getting it stitched. Have door cards to match with all the trim as well. Also have an 02 wrx hood with some dents. Still runable, and an 02/03 wrx wagon passenger...
