That's what I thought too. When I took the oil lines off there wasn't any oil drip, but when I took the turbo apart it seemed to be oiled well. There was also some oxidization build up, or carbon, on the housing by the turbine.

I've been trying to use ecuexplorer to read the cel codes, but i can't get it to connect. could this be because xpt uses a lock on their maps so you can't read them? I'll look into the ignition timing tps. thanks for the input.
