Maine State Housing Authority (MSHA) has some good first time home buyer programs, and with your income you might actually qualify for them.

Oh sorry I know sometimes when people say they can afford a certain ammount for rent they mean before utilities and everything. Good luck though with the search. I'll let you know if I happen to see anything in your range :happy3:

Could you afford $800 as long as all utilities are included? We plan on leaving our place in OOB by August 1st. (very nice 1 bedroom duplex, storage shed, 1/2 yard, and washer and dryer in "nice" part of OOB on Ross Road). And as a bonus you would get to take over my veggie garden I started...

cookieing low life piece of raisin thiefs should die--now

Well that's what you get for trying to be healthy! :evil1: Really though, that sucks that they just let anybody in without an id or anything. I would check Craigslist or maybe even Ebay for the watch too. Definately the pawn shops though. Portland is a small enough city, there's probably a good...

True, but I still think cops should have to deal with the laws just like the rest of us

    Mad about a ticket?

Thanks for clarifying Pedro. I'm glad he's not carrying a gun to shoot police. Beef jerky is much more friendly. Although you could give it to the cop, maybe he will get a heart attack and die that way :

    Mad about a ticket?

Well to be fair, a lot of the times cops may not use their sirens or lights...say if they want to catch someone in the act of doing something. If they put the sirens on it gives the suspect a heads up that the cops are on the way. but if they don't' use the siren, the cops have a better chance...

    Mad about a ticket?

This is so ridiculous. Professional Courtesy shouldn't be something that is expected, its just egotistical that they think otherwise. If they don't want a ticket don't break the law!
